Clive คือโปรแกรมที่ทำงานบน commandline ของ ubuntu เพื่อไว้ใช้สำหรับโหลดไฟล์วิดีโอมาจากเว็ปต่างๆ เช่น youtube , googlevideo เป็นต้น

วิธีติดตั้งและการใข้งาน

1. ติดตั้งผ่าน terminal

$sudo apt-get install clive 

2. เรียกใช้โปรแกรมก็คือ clive [options] URL เช่น

$clive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZxfSwzhSn1c

มันก็จะโหลดลงใน path ที่อยู่ ณ. ปัจจุบันให้แต่จะเป็นไฟล์ .flv ส่วน options เพิ่มสามารถดูไปที่นี่
